When: Third Saturday of every month, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Continues through March 21
Join Rufus, a licensed therapy dog, and his human, Jean Ann, to read or tell stories. Reading to a dog is a low-pressure way for children to practice their reading skills, and fun besides! A parent or legal guardian must sign a permission form before children read with Rufus. Stop by the desk in the children's room to complete the form and sign up for a turn up to a week in advance. Rufus and Jean Ann visit the Eureka Library once a month, usually on the third Saturday.
