SCARF is run by an all-volunteer board of directors and was founded in 2012. SCARF is a 501c3 tax-exempt California Corporation. SCARFS goals are to provide arts and recreational facilities and activities to the citizens of Shelter Cove. 1. SCARF created the first nature trails and exercise trails in Shelter Cove. 2. SCARF paid for and built the first softball field in Shelter Cove. 3.
