Political Correctness Discussed at Lifetree Café

Where to draw the line between political correctness and free speech will be examined at Lifetree Café on Sunday, June 12 at 7 p.m.                                        The program—titled “Political Correctness: Where Do You Draw the Line?”—includes a filmed interview with former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt, who made national headlines after disobeying a direct order to stop praying “in Jesus’ name” while in uniform outside a sanctioned divine service. During the episode, Lifetree participants will be given the chance to share their own ccable@group.com opinions and experiences with political correctness. Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at Campbell Creek Connexion on the corner of Union and 13 th St., Arcata. Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting.
