The Center for Economic Development (CED) at CSU, Chico, with funding from California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), will host a low-cost Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training (PCQI) led by the Safe Food Alliance. This training is part of a new set of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements for food and beverage manufacturers. Attendees receive a certificate of completion after the training.
