Eureka native Mike Craghead, veteran of Food Network's Halloween Wars, presents live pumpkin carving demonstrations from 4 to 10 p.m. Using chisels and clay tools, Mike carves in a three-dimentional style, meant to be lit from the outside rather than the inside.
