Reading Like A Wizard

As part of Fortuna High's Change the World program, seniors Courtnie Markham, Julie Urbach and Stacy Hines will explore the world of Harry Potter by reading the first book in the series: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. The purpose of the workshop will be to encourage literacy and tolerance for kids 7-17. Participants in Reading Like A Wizard will also engage in thematic arts and crafts, and free snacks will be provided.
