Salt River Restoration Day

When: Sat., Jan. 30, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. 2016

Join the Watershed Steward Program in partnership with the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District to help restore the Salt River in Ferndale. Help plant native trees, pull invasive plants and mulch. Meet at 9:30 am at the Ferndale Fairgrounds parking lot at the corner of 5th St and Van Ness Avenue and take a shuttle to the site along the Salt River. Gloves, tools and a barbecue lunch will be provided.
