The Cowboy Canned Food Convoy

When: Sat., Nov. 20, 12 p.m. 2021

The Redwood Unit of the Backcountry Horsemen of California (BCHC) in partnership with Food for People, the Food Bank for Humboldt County, will kick off the 28th annual Holiday Food & Fund Drive in true cowboy fashion. Come rain or shine, the Redwood Unit will deliver non-perishable food donations via pack train to Food for People. The Cowboy Canned Food Convoy will begin at noon at the Eureka Boardwalk parking lot, at the foot of D Street, and will then parade through Old Town before returning to unload their haul to Food for People staff and volunteers.
