PBS North Coast presents its final edition of North Coast Cuisine featuring The Farmhouse on Main in Ferndale with Chef Matthew Riley and owner Karen Kentgen. The duo makes a stop at Fair Curve Farm to pick up some fresh vegetables for a splendid farm to table meal. Chef Riley creates pan-seared lamb on a cauliflower puree with a rosemary reduction.
