On Friday, January 19, David Narum, project manager in the department of energy and technologies at Blue Lake Rancheria, will present on “Tradition and Technology at Blue Lake Rancheria.” David is also a technical writing instructor in the HSU environmental resources engineering department and a consultant on projects in education, environment, energy, and entrepreneurship.
