Enjoy these offerings: try something new! 10:30 am Chair Yoga Taught by Chair Yoga facilitator Rob Diggins who specializes in yoga for those over 65 and has 40+ years of raja yoga training. Rob has been a student of Swami Veda Bharati of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition since 1983. 11:15 am Yoga for Vitality. Levels 1-2, beginners welcome! Led by Certified Yoga Teacher & Holistic Healing Practitioner Jamie Kessloff, 12:30- 1:00 pm Meditation with WCA director Roy King, who recently taught 'Art, Spirituality and Healing' class and leads 'Gaia's Love', a regular nature-based spirituality group at WCA which meets bimonthly. 1:00 pm Tai Chi with WCA teacher Glenda Hesseltine, MA, instructor in the art of 'effortless effort' has taught tai chi Chuan QiGongfor the past 18 years and has regular classes Wednesday evenings at 5. 2: 00-4:00 Bookmaking ages 4-104! with WCA Writer in Residence, KC Wilder, teacher of writing workshops at WCA, called "A Room of One's Own" She is also a best selling author on Amazon.
