Honoring Veterans by lowering the US and POW/MIA Flags. TAPs will be played. The U.S. Flag was flown over the U.S. Capitol in 2016 and a 99-year-old World War II vet will receive it. Sponsored by the Arcata Sunrise Rotary Club.
