Virtual Meditation & Mindfulness Class

When: Thursdays, 5-6 p.m.

Join us on Zoom at the Abbey of the Redwoods for a 1-hour meditation and mindfulness class. We discuss strategies for reducing stress and reconnecting to our inner peace in these stressful times. Each class includes three group meditations, with guidance and Q&A in between. Suitable for all levels.
