Join us online at the Abbey of the Redwoods for a mellow vinyasa flow practice. We'll gently warm up and move the body, then calm the body with easy stretches. The practice ends with an extended heart-opening relaxation, a heart-chakra meditation, and a soothing shavasana. Reduce stress, relax, and reconnect with your inner peace. Suitable for all levels, but previous yoga experience is helpful (due to the limitations of online instruction).
