When: Mondays, 5-6:15 p.m.
In this intimate, accessible, and trauma-conscious weekly class, we will use props to find fully supported yoga poses, all seated or lying down, in which we can practice deep, intentional rest. Meditation, gentle breath work, and sound healing will support you in slowly sinking in and softening, abiding with sweet compassion in the fullness of your self and your experience. Herbal tea will be served. Just six spots per class, pre-booking is required. Sliding scale $15-25/class.
