The Wild Rivers Music Festival at Azalea Park in Brookings will kick off the Fourth of July weekend with a full day of music on Saturday, July 2, featuring headliner Hot Buttered Rum, Poor Man’s Whiskey, Achilles Wheel and The Accidentals. Tickets are now on sale for the second annual festival, scheduled from noon to 9 p.m. at the park’s grass amphitheater. The event will also spotlight local microbreweries and food. Music fans are invited to bring their lawn chairs and blankets. Tickets are limited to 1,000. General admission tickets are $25. Admision for youth 10 years and younger is $5.
