Poetry and nature are good medicine. We invite you along the Mad/Baduwat River to explore the magical alchemy that can happen when we take the time to slow down, be really present from to the natural world, and then create/write from that place. Through reflection, nature activities, and writing exercises, you will be invited to create a watershed of words and images that tap into the earth as poet and the music of your whole self.
