Thanks to Jada Calypso Brotman for the shout-out to pupusas in her Feb. 25 column ("Table Talk") — truly one of the best foods one can eat. However, just want to make sure you get the spelling right next time — pupusas, not "papusas." I spent six months living in El Salvador and gained 10 pounds in that short time, mostly due to those delicious things, so I know!
