Save the California Salmon is putting together a virtual celebration of the new agreement to finally remove the Klamath Dams tomorrow at 5:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, PacifiCorp Power owner Warren Buffett finally agreed to officially remove the dams after a group of stakeholder's persuasion.

The agreement comes after a federal agency’s ruling left the company threatening to walk away just a few months ago.

The virtual celebration will include a discussion on the timeline of the removal and the protection of the Klamath salmon and updates from the Klamath dam removal entity, the Klamath River Restoration Corporation, local tribes, and activists.
